Privacy

FAERS Signal Dossier is a one-person professional service. This page says exactly what information is involved — there is very little of it.

What we receive

Your email address and the drug name(s) you ask us to analyze, plus the payment metadata Stripe shows the seller for your purchase. That is all.

What is never involved

No patient information. FAERS is public, de-identified federal data; no individual's health record is collected, accessed, or needed at any point. We never ask for medical histories, accounts, or credentials.

How it is used

Your email is used to deliver your report and to identify it (the report carries a buyer watermark and a report ID). A delivery log — buyer email, drug, report ID, delivery date — is kept by the seller for license enforcement and re-delivery.

Sharing

Your details are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. Payment is processed by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy policy; we never see or store your card number.
