If the data is not there

If the requested drug has no usable FAERS data, you are told before delivery and offered your choice of a full refund or a substitute drug. A thin dossier is never quietly padded.

If the file is defective

If a delivered report file is corrupt, unreadable, or plainly generated for the wrong drug, tell us and it will be regenerated and re-delivered free — or refunded if we cannot fix it.

Delivered reports

Once a correct finished report has been delivered, the fee is earned for the analysis performed and is not refundable. The report is a custom analysis generated for one drug on one data cut-off; it cannot be returned or resold. This does not limit any right you have under applicable consumer law.

How to ask

Email naviramdeen@gmail.com with your report ID (printed on every page of your dossier). Refunds, when due, are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.
