These terms govern the FAERS Signal Dossier reports sold on this site by Navindra Ramdeen, DO ("the seller"). By paying, you accept them.

Product

A finished PDF safety report for the drug(s) ordered, based on FDA FAERS public data as of the cut-off date stated in the report. Each report is generated from a fresh data pull for the ordered drug.

Data source and cut-off

FAERS data are public FDA data, analyzed independently. Quarterly files and the OpenFDA drug-event API carry a lag; the report states its cut-off date and does not claim real-time completeness.

No medical advice

Reports are for research, publication writing, and safety review. They are not medical advice and not a prescribing recommendation.

No investment advice

Reports are not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Signal, not causation

Disproportionality statistics (ROR, PRR) are reporting signals. They do not establish that a drug caused an event, and they cannot calculate incidence without an exposure denominator.

Limitations

FAERS has duplicates, missing outcomes, and reporting bias. Each report states its missing-data shares and its coverage-and-limitations matrix plainly and does not hide them.

No FDA affiliation

No FDA logos are used and no FDA endorsement is claimed. This product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Single-buyer license

Each report is licensed to one buyer. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of a paid report is prohibited. Each paid report carries a buyer watermark and a report ID, which is the enforcement key.

Delivery

Delivery is via the buyer's personal delivery page on this site, generated automatically after payment, with a delivery log kept by the seller.
